Transfering to new host

hi
i am transferring to a new host. i am currently with web fusion and when i goto export my mysql database (they do not have phpmyadmin) i have some options. i am not sure which ones to go for.
here are the options:
Dump all tables in database


CREATE TABLE statements
Write CREATE TABLE statements
Add DROP TABLE IF EXISTS statements Do not write CREATE TABLE statements INSERT statements
Write INSERT statements
Name each column to be inserted Write INSERT DELAYED statements Write multiple-row INSERT statements Do not write table data.
it would be great if someone could advise me the setting required t then import to my new host which does have phpmyadmin
