I installed a PHP debugger into my Zen Cart because some, not all, pages had a blank page with these characters.
The debug display the following:

The products were uploaded from another Zen Cart account. I only edit the stylesheet.css. I discover the problem 5 days after the upload when I was going from page to page testing the layout.
Looking for some feedback or if someone already have a sloution to the problem

Apparently you have the utf8 BOM in some files, use developer tool kit in admin to search for files that contain it.
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me
