Adding new link to Information bar

Hi all,

I seem to be having problems adding a new link to my information bar that can be modified in the define pages editor. In my template, I tried to add all the necessary files or modifications, as with the other links in my info bar, however I am missing something somewhere, and I don't know what.

The link Testemonials is the one causing problems. I've been using the Environment link as a template, since it works. At this moment, it seems the only problem is that when I click the Testemonials link, it goes to:

http://agcables.ca/catalog/index.php...S_TESTEMONIALS

Where it should go to:

http://agcables.ca/catalog/index.php...s_testemonials

The only difference is that "filename_" part.

Any advice would be much appreciated. There were a LOT of different places where I had to add this link before it would show, and I figure I am only one modification away from having it right!
