Site Won't Load After Move

Hello,

I've spent a lot of time researching what should be a simple problem, but it's causing me headaches. I've installed multiple Zen Carts so this is something I should be used to, but every install is new.

The site isn't loading properly after a site move from a test folder to the new site. I double checked all the config variables and they are correct.

I moved all files via Filezilla, and I know all the files moved properly.

I've tried the debugging tool and it didn't throw up anything in the log.

Looks OK to me, except for the broken logo image.
