Hi guys!
My site offers free shipping on all orders, but I also want to offer express shipping for $5, in case it needs to get there quickly. I have both "flat rate"and "free shipping" options enabled in my shipping module:

Modules Sort Order
Flat Rate flat 2
Free Shipping Options freeoptions 1
FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper 0

When I go to checkout, both options are there. But if I chose the flat rate (express) option, it comes up on the same checkout_shipping page, but this time says "This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order." and only shows the free shipping option.

I can't figure out why it's doing this. Any help is greatly appreciated!
