Well, I guess whatever you did to "put a tag cloud add on to my shop" wasn't done correctly.
I can only guess that the instructions were incomplete or not followed correctly. I don't know. I don't use those addons. Maybe you should post your problem to the discussion thread for the addon you're using? Maybe someone using it might have done the same mistake you did and have some ideas for you?
