I am new to Zencart and still try to really understand it. I am sure that question was asked before, but I can't find an answer and I am kind of stuck. I would like to make an FAQ section, using the define page 2. I tried putting a link in, but it asks me for the URL. My questions and answers are in a Word document for now. What is the best way to link the page to the documents.

You should be able to add links to define pages using regular HTML (<a href ...). You might find that EZ pages could be an easier way to do what you're trying to do.
