My client would like to make the FAX NUMBER on the Create Account page REQUIRED. I have seen some posts regarding making fields not required and tried to reverse engineer without luck. Can anyone help me through this process, which files and code are necessary to make this field required and display an error if not entered???

I followed the instructions but that didn't seem to work. Maybe it was for a different version? I'm on 1.3.8
