Everyone here who reads your post will cringe a little when they get to the part about "when I bought it". Template Monster templates for Zencart are notorious for changing the internal code, causing problems that aren't fixable by editing the template files, and their customer service seems to be worse than their coding skills.

Post a link to your site, and we'll see what we can do.

A tip for other new Zenners reading this. IMO, creating/installing a new template should be the last thing you do to your site. Get everything configured and tested first, then worry about how your site looks.
