Default I need to synchronise two folders

I have my shopping cart on a seperate domain (one that carrys my SSL certificate and used by multiple sites). I have installed Image Handler and need to synch the two folders that are on different domains - can anybody help? I have tried to install the multisite module but it was a bit complicated for me and my present configuration works very well with the exception of having to the hassle of having to FTP image folders from one domain to the other.

WinSCP (a free FTP-like program) has a sync feature that I've used often to combine folders, or even to update my server after making various edits to the files on my PC. You could use it to sync your PC and one folder, and then from there sync your PC to the other folder as well. 2 steps, but a lot easier than doing it one file at a time.

A low cost commercial program for doing this would be Beyond Compare which lets you compare files on different FTP servers and then copy the files that are different between them.

Thanks DrByte and Kuroi. I have Wise FTP to hand and have just found that it has a sceduled tasks tool that I was unaware of - for the time being I will do as DrByte suggests because this does not have the facility to sync two folders serverside - will definately look this 'Beyond Compare' up as a more permanent solution. Thanks both.
