I am using version 1.3.8a

I just this morning, grabbed the 1.4.3 Fedex Shipping Mod

I have installed it, several times actually, and it does not show up in my admin to be able to be accessed or turned on at all.

I am not sure if something is missing or something is in the wrong directory, but I can not get it to load into my admin as there at all.

If this is a similar post to another, I am sorry, but i have searched for an hour and could not find one similar.
