Having trouble changing Horizontal Bar Colour

I'm having some trouble changing the horizontal bar colour on me site.. I've used web master tools on firefox and gone right through the .css file and cant seem to find it anywhere..

Sure I'm just missing something simple.

I want to change the red lines which are above all the boxes..

Those are background images for the respective boxes and headers - search your stylesheet for 'back'.
