I am new one to zen cart. The product images are stretched at the product_info page and product listing page.
For example, when the pics is 200X300 widthXheight, but it is stretched into 250X350, it is ugly.
Are there any contributions to solve this problem?

Check your settings in admin>configuration>images.
You might benefit from installing Image Handler 2 (IH2) from the free software add ons. You can see it in use on the Holzheimer site in my sig.
