Backgraound image for Legal Copyright and Site Info IP

Can any one direct me to the file to change the background for the Legal copyright and the Site Info IP?

Now, it is white and I would like to have a background image to go with the design of the page.

Also I would like to add another link and need to know which file and how to add the link information.

Try adding this to your stylesheet (new info in blue). Adjust the image as desired. I'm not sure exactly how it' look.

You may want to consider turning off the IP address display since users seem to find it a bit creepy. You can turn it off in admin>configuration>layout settings>Footer - Show IP Address status.

The page is VERY slow to load. Consider optimizing the images.

DNA Patent Database (DPD)
"The DPD, a joint project of the Georgetown University's Kennedy Institute of Ethics and the Foundation for Genetic Medicine, allows free public access to the full text and analysis of all DNA patents issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO)...This database enables users to conduct boolean searches of the full text of the patents and of delimited fields. The DPD is being created, with a particular focus on issued claims, to enable relevant empirical studies of actual DNA based patents. Patents included in the DPD were identified by virtue of their PTO classification and the presence of keywords such as "DNA" within the body of the patent."
