Additional Product Images Pop-Up Small

I'm having an issue where my additional images in the Product Info page are not popping up the _LRG files I uploaded. It is only popping up the same source file from the same source folder (/images). For example, if I hover my mouse over the additional image, the javascript is saying it will open /images/OriginalFile_02.jpg - NOT /images/large/OriginalFile_02_LRG.jpg

I've uploaded my original file (OriginalFile_02.jpg) in /images and OriginalFile_02_LRG.jpg in /images/large

Any thoughts?

Could you change to the Classic Template ... I am testing your images on my site and they all work as you have them defined but they do not work on your site ...

This could be a template issue ...

I switched to the classic template and the images and javascript worked correctly. So I guess I changed something somewhere along the line with my custom template... However I have no idea what changes that would be or where I made them...

Any idea how I can edit that javascript to look in the /images/large folder for the OriginalFiles_02_LRG or is it something else?

I am not sure what settings your templates and overrides might have touched ...

I generally like to use Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com which allows me to compare files and see the differences ...

I have WinMerge.... is that a comparable tool or does Beyond Compare do something else?

I have looked at a couple things that don't appear to have been changed, such as the /includes/templates/MYTEMPLATE/popup_additional_image/tpl_main_page.php

I'm using the column grid layout add-on, not sure if that changes anything... And I noticed that the word "larger image" under my additional images is slightly larger and black vs. the way "larger image" is displayed under my main product image at the top of the product info page.... Not sure if that's related or not.

I do not use WinMerge, although many like it ... I prefer Beyond Compare as I can do an FTP compare from my computer to the server ...

I can select the default template and compare to a custom template etc. by just pointing at the directories to compare to one another ...

Another method is the Developers Tool Kit ... do a search on:
Additional Product Images

and see what files come up and that should give you a lead to what files to start looking at ...

Thanks for the help. Problem solved! The Developers Tool Kit pointed me to: store/includes/modules/MYTEMPLATE/additional_images.php

I cross-referenced additional_images.php with the original using WinMerge and found the issue. At one point in time I had tried out the JQZoom Module and had uploaded their amended additional_images.php file which had changes in it that weren't allowing my additional product images to be linked to correctly. I replaced that file with the original and everything is working correctly.
