Copies of emails to customers

Is it possible to receive copies of emails I send out to customers?

Basically, what I am after is receiving copies of emails that are sent out to customers when I update the order comments.

Is there a setting somewhere that will enable me to receive a copy of all messages that are sent out to customers via the zen admin, or is there a way of making this happen
