hey all,
i've built my site using WAMP5 with 5.1 MySQL.
on my live host, godaddy, the SQL is 5.0.
it seems to accept the tables from sql import (ONLY SQL, not excel or anything else),
or from the query, but i'm getting no admin page - 403, and no index of my root. its not blank, it has only text, no css loaded, no graphics of any kind. just raw text.
i've figured out that the reason is the versions of SQL, but i have no idea how to make them fit.

any help appreciated!
