Hi, I hope someone can help.

I cannot for the life of me find where to delete the category names in the orange section just below the logo.

I'm happy for the orange to stay there (this will be changed at a later date) but for the moment I just need to remove the names as they are not needed.

I would also like to be able to move the category side box down to line up with the new products and have the welcome message run across the whole width.
