There is no logoff button and text is typed in on successful logout:

</div>
This text shows:
TEXT_CHECKOUT_LOGOFF_CUSTOMER.....and there is no reference to a .gif and there is no button in the template and I have looked in the defines and there is no define this phrase.
Just installed and am using version 1.3.8
This is the first time I have used any shopping cart software...please help...it looks silly and not Good..! Thank you!

How can I re-install - I am trying to make a living selling catering - which nobody is buying and I am now trying to teach.
Could I get help in re-installing?
I put zc_install in and nothing happens.
I have overwritten all -tpl modules.
Can I start over - somehow?
I need this cart.
