How To Move Add To Cart Box with attributes?

I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to move the Add to cart box when you have attributes.

My add to cart box appears above my long list of attributes. What I would like is for customer to check off and fill in all attributes and then at the end they would find the add to cart box to add the product.

You need to edit a file called tpl_product_info_display.php.

It is very well commented do I am sure that you will see the 'add to cart' block of code which you need to copy and paste below the attributes.
