Any help??
I send HTML newsletters out..but some can view the HTML while some can't....why?

One issue might be that some customers have subscribed to Text-only newsletters while other customers subscribed to HTML newsletters. You can see this for each customer in the admin area under email options near the end. Hope that resolves the problem.

Actually, they already change to HTML newsletter...so I was puzzle why some can receive HTML and some can't...(for those who choose HTML newsletter)... could it be their mail server setting?
I tried testing sending to my hotmail....it doesn't have the show pictures prompt at the top so the newsletter is totally blank.
Any way to solve?
