I'm getting the "Physical Path is incorrect" error message when trying to install the latest version v1.3.8. This is my first install. I emailed the error message to my hosting company as well as the path that I'm using(/usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/zanosport.com/httpdocs/buy) and they said that it should work. They asked me if I uploaded all required files because there are only folders in my "buy" directory. I thought I did.

Is there anything else that can cause a Physical Path error besides an incorrect path?
