I recently had a customer file a claim with a credit card company. This customer received their package, and I have delivery confirmation to prove it.
My payment was reversed anyways, because the transaction details didn't include the buyer's address. That information doesn't show up on my paypal payment notification emails, although dollar amounts and a zenid do, (which is important, because that's how I find the 2 or 3 orders that never make it back from paypal every week).
Anyways, is there some way to implement an address in the info that goes over to Paypal, so I'm protected in the future, or was this just something some employee cited to shut me up after disputing the reversal?
