I use Zen-Cart to run a number of online stores and am interested in using a dedicated returns management system.

Currently we have an item in our store that allows people to fill in a returns form and pay for the return postage, however, i would like something a bit more robust.

I don't mind if this integrates with Zen-Cart or not (would be better if it did), so it could be installed as a stand-alone application on its own URL if necessary.

Does anyone know if such a system exists, and if so, would you recommend it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
