Default Help with Zen Cart installation to another host or a different server

    Hello,

I am trying to move my Zen Cart installation to another host or a different server and I am stuck on step 3 of the tutorial.

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=100

When I go to phpmyadmin and press the go button to export my database it exports but I have no idea where the file gets saved to.

The tutorial says to save it to my local computer but I cant figure out how to do that.

    Can someone please help.

    Thanks,

    Jordin

Down toward the bottom of the export screen in phpMyAdmin is a checkbox to save it to Save as a file. After checking that checkbox and clicking Go, your browser should offer you a location to save your file locally (on your computer). Make a note of that location.

If you are not prompted by your browser for the default file save location, you might want to change that. In Firefox, click tools - options and main. You should see an area pertaining to downloads. Set it to whatever your preferences are. There is a similar setting in IE.

    Thanks so much man!

I have been going crazy cause I couldn't find the option to save as file. I looked through everything multiple times and always missed that check box.

    It worked perfect.
