    Default Unable to Edit Anything via Admin

    Hello,
    This problems is possibly occuring after the security patch applied.
    I am trying to update my Shipping Module, Payment Module however it remains in the default mode.
    Even Unable to Add categories / products.
    Same is the case with the pages when trying through the Html page editor .


    Can you please help me.
    Let me know what is that I should look out to finf what is preventing any modification/ addition through admin section.
