server ugrade

i am planning on upgrading the services on my server to the following

PHP 5.2.10
Apache 2.2.10
ssl 0.9.6m/0.9.7d

I'm running zen-cat 1.3.8a. will it run OK with these upgrades?

Yes. (At least I can't see why it wouldn't. Our server has similar spwcs)
