    Default Problems after site transfer

    I am under a lot of pressure to learn zen cart in a hurry. I bought the book and have read lots of the tutorials, and am finally getting oriented. However I have an issue I so far can't find any info about, or else I just don't know where I should be looking.

    I just had my client's site transferred to a new server (Hostgator completed the transfer to their server). Since the transfer there are 2 problems (so far):
    1) the order confirmation email (ccd to the client) used to include lots of info about the order, etc. It has reverted to a short uninformative paragraph
    2) a new order was made and when I look under ORDERS in admin, it says it is delivered but has the following:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_get_orders_comments() in /home/storytim/public_html/mythicyoga.com/store/admin/orders.php on line 884

    I'm wondering if this means some files didn't get transferred over. If I can't recover them can anyone point me in the right direction to know how to fix the problems? Or, if the files somehow are in the wrong place does anyone know what I should be looking for?

    It does sound like a missing files issue. But trying to fix these piecemeal by fixing the resulting symptoms is dangerous and prone to omissions.

    I'd recommend either a complete re-load, with careful checking of the error logs for any omissions, or a complete site-to-site comparison of all files.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I didn't mention that I had Numinix add the Fast and Easy Checkout module right after moving the site.
    Is it possible that the new module is overwriting anything? Since I didn't create the cart I don't know if the previous guys did everything in over-ride folders or if they might have altered original files.

    If not, I want to make sure I don't overwrite the FEC files when re-transferring. Do you know what they are? I should ask Numinix I guess. Just thinking out loud in case you have any other advice.

    In case anyone is following this thread and would like to know. It turned out it was the FEC installation that caused the error, not a missing file from transfer. Numinix said FEC required a higher version of zen cart, and since they didn't notice this before installing, they went ahead and updated the necessary files, and the error went away. Yay.

    But I still can't figure how to fix the order confirmation email problem.
