Paypal Express Checkout and shipping charges

Hey everyone... This is the situation that I have now...
I would like the use Paypal with the Express Checkout option but when I have it on... I have 2 problems already.

1) Express checkout without signing into an account will not calculating/adding shipping for the items purchased... I goes directly to Paypal for payment.

2) Logging into account and viewing shopping cart also shows you the Paypal Express Checkout button which goes straight to Paypal without calculating/adding shipping charges

I will assume that I have to set somewhere that all customers wanted to buy much sign-in or sign-up for an account and delete the Paypal button in the Shopping cart.

If anyone can direct me in doing this that would be great...

You're misunderstanding how things work.

When people begin Express Checkout from the Shopping Cart page, whether or not they've logged into your store, they are taken to PayPal for the customer to choose their funding source. PAYPAL DOES NOT COLLECT PAYMENT AT THAT STAGE. The customer is returned to your site, where address information, etc, is used to calculate shipping costs before final checkout. Payment is only completed AFTER the customer confirms all the details ON YOUR SITE.

Yes now I understand the logic there... let the customer log in or create a new Paypal account... and then go back into Zencart with the address info and then choose whatever needs to be done with shipping and then proceed to 'Confirm the order'...
