How does Easy Populate works ?

Hi people.Can anybody do a simulate in how to use easy populate ? I whould like to view some printscreen to understand how it really works or some examples i have read the faq for easy populate but i`m still confused i have instaled and i really do not know how to configurate to work.If anywone can help i will apreciate.
