Created a new Banner - Image won't show

I went through all the right steps to create a banner of my own and added to the correct group to get the banner to display. However, only the html tag shows "Studio Tilee" and no image!

Right click on the image placeholder (select Properties) and then check out the URL/folder/image-name, then make sure you've uploaded the banner to that folder/location.

n.b. I looked at your website but can't see a banner box on the right.

Just for information: Your product images are over 2Mb each and take a long time to download onto the page. You need to resize them to around 1024 x 768 pixels and optimize (compress) them for web use.

I created an image saying Welcome to our new store and some brand images (logosgroup.001.jpg)
I created a banner under BannersAll group so it would show until 31/10/2009. Everything seems fine BUT the image doesn't show although the underling properties says it's looking in the righ place for the image (whch is there).

Settigs are:
CONFIG/LAYOUT SETTINGS
Sidebox Banner_box = Sidebox Banners
Sidebox Banner_box2 = Sidebox Banners
Sidebox Banner_box_all = BannersAll

TOOLS/LAYOUTBOXES CONTROLLER
Sidebox /Banner_box_all.php = OFF
Sidebox /Banner_box2.php = ON

If the above setting is set to ON
I See text saying 'sponsor' with a black box underneath pointing to the directory where the image is:

I've checked in case it's case sensitive...
Any thoughts???
