I have followed the tutorials to change the text in the

includes/languages/english/index.php.....congrats mess
includes/languages/english/header.php...tagline
includes/languages/english/metatags.php...title

I have made my changes and saved the file to the
includes/languages/english/custom folder as the tutorial states and have uploaded it the files are showing as changed but there is no change on the site
