Can't add or delete manufacturers after installing security_patch_v138_20090

I just installed the latest security patch and renamed my admin folder. Everything seems to be working in the admin, except that I can no longer add or delete any manufacturers. When I add a manufacturer and click SAVE, I am dumped back to the main admin screen, and the change did not stick. Same goes for deleting a manufacturer. Any ideas?

What about other admin functions? Is it only the Manufacturers that doesn't work?

It's only manufacturers. I have added and modified products without any problems. I can create a manufacturer directly in the database with PHPadmin.

I found the answer in another post. I was modifying the incorrect html_output.php file (should have modified the one in **admin_directory**/includes/functions not in /includes/functions).
