Changing Banner, Altering column layout

So i just installed a new template:

and have several questions...
1. How do i change the title bar from "Zen Cart Art of Ecommerce"?
2. How do i change the header image (the blue bubbly one)?
3. How do I get rid of the "Sponsors" and "More Pages" sections from the left column and get rid of the Zen Card ad at the bottom of the page (if i can)?
