toolbar(all menus, options like ezpages, etc) not showing in admin page?

HI Everyone,

My zen-cart is working fine till last thursday and now the toolbar does not show up.

Basically, I checked all the files in the file zilla and nothing is changed.

Also, I am thinking some database permission for the user is changed so that he cant edit the changes and can not view any menu in the admin page of zen-cart.

Plzz help me on this as this needs to be done ASAP.
