Sub categories in left sidebox

I've only a single Category and this category is having so many sub categories.Here I just want to show the sub categories tree by default instead of category tree in left category side box.
Can anyone tell me how can i do this thing.

There are a few mods that 'always expand' the category tree so that it will show the sub-categories always.

Here's one:

Then you just need to style the lists as you like, and probably use {display:none;} on the category name itself.
