Paypal IPN Questions

I am currently testing my cart with Paypal Express. One question that I have is regarding the Paypal IPN. When the order was made I received an email stating that a payment was made.
Then I checked the CUSTOMERS --> PAYPAL IPN section of Zen Cart and the payment showed up there as well.
BUT when I checked my Paypal account under the HISTORY --> IPN HISTORY it shows that it is 'retrying' to send a notification. I don't understand what is going on here. It also says 'HTTP response code 401'. it has tried resending 10 time.
I just want to make sure this is working correctly. I don't understand what it's trying to do.

anyone else having this happen? if you are using Paypal Express could you check out your Paypal account and see what is says under the History --> IPN History

I just checked out the IPN History in Paypal again, and it says that the notification failed...but i do have a confirmation of payment under Customer --> Paypal IPN. Weird...is this something i need to be concerned with? i got the message though i says that it failed
