I'm getting this error after a purchase is made for my download

Go to Admin->Tools->Server Info, and copy-and-paste the informatin shown there above the big phpinfo table, ie: the first 2/3 of the screen.

Is this what you needed? I'm so frustrated too because I guess the Doteasy team couldn't find a solution either. This was their response. Maybe I should switch to streaming? What exactly is streaming?

The settings in zencart admin panel seems to be no problem. I have tried to find
the problem, unfortunately, I couldn't figure it out at this time. Because
zencart is a third party software which beyond our support scope, I suggest you
can seek help in zencart official site for this issue.

You can also try to use "Download by streaming" function instead of "Download by
Redirect" function. The following is a tutorial for how to setup Download by

This is the link they provided as a tutorial. IT tells me to move my download folder??? should I do that?
