Admin gone

Hi! I'm hoping this is a quick fix.. but I'm thinking all hope is gone.

For about 3-4 weeks now my admin area has been going slowwwwwwwwwwwwww as a snail and some of it has just timed out and I have not been able to get into parts of it.

Well today it just isn't working at all. When I go to my admin page, I log in and it says done and there's a blank page. No matter how many times I refresh, log in, restart my computer, clear the cookies and temp files.. It is gone!

Yes, I'm using the current version, patches and all that. I've even renamed my admin folder.

Please help.

PS.. I have not changed anything on the site as far as addons or mods in months.

Are you running Zen Cart on your personal computer, if so what OS is used, or is this a Hosting account?

There is a lot of information required to properly troubleshoot this type of problem and some of the information needed would include:

- how big is the database
- any Modules used related to Newsletter or Mailout
- any Modules installed 3 - 4 weeks ago when the site was quick

The above is just a starting point but we have to start somehwhere.

no mods added in the last at least 6 months

op system is XP.. but it's run out of a hosting account at siteground.com

database is.. 5.19 MB

I dont have any mods that relate to newsletter or mail. I do not use that feature in my cart.

and I do not have the reward point module.

I can't see it...
