Uploading Products in a CSV Format to PhPMyAdmin?

I'm using Zen Cart Version 1.3.8. I have a spreadsheet with all my product descriptions, images, prices etc. that i converted to a csv file, but when I go to upload it, it populates the product id number, and populates everything else as "0" . When I look at my products page none of the products appear, even though phpmyadmin says it was a successful upload. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Have you tried using Easy Populate yet?

You can import all your product details from Zen Admin

Yea I have never been able to populate the DB with phpmyadmin. Easypopulate is the way to go.
