I receive the email from paypal saying a customer has paid for an order, but dont recieve any order information in my admin..
It doesnt seem to happen all the time which is a little frustrating, as I dont know where to look to find out exactly what they ordered..

Can I manually get this information out of a database? as it seems bad to have to ask a customer what exactly they have ordered from my site, since it didnt process.. even tho I offer them a discount on there next purchase because of the mixup..
