Minimum Order Ammount ($) by country?

Hello,

I am trying to set up the Minimum Order Ammount module and in the readme file it states that support can be found here

But it leads to a dead page.

So I am making a new topic here.

I need to set this up so that the minimum order amount can be different to meet the requirements of my dropshippers for international shipments

For example

Country      Minimum Amount
USA          No Minimum
Canada       $150  
Mexico       $150 
APO/FPO      $100

There is a addon called geo4zen
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=105012
that has a way to create a session variable. I am just a bit lost on how to integrate this with the Minimum Order addon, where should I be looking?
