Adding phone number in shipping address

Hi all,

I want to add phone number in shipping address. It is mandatory for fedex shipping. how do i get this? Your help will be appreciated

I used it for one of my alternative sites and it works just fine. Had to do some merging because of a previous change to the order.php file

Haven't gotten around to getting it going on the two main sites yet - their order.php files have been heavily modified.
