sell items out of stock

Hi..

i have a store where i want to be able to sell items which i dont have in stock.
In this moment a customer can buy 5 items 'A' if he can see only 4 of them available but he cannot buy item 'A' if availaibility 'A' items is equal to 0.
how can I do?
