Here's one for you. A customer places an order through my site using Google Checkout. Everything appears successful with no problems. The next customer places his order but uses his credit card. The first customers billing name and address and the Google assigned email shows up on the second customers order in place of his billing address and email address. The second customers ship-to address shows correctly on his order.
The interesting thing is, the second customer called to inform us of the problem and also complained of seeing the first customers billing information already in the checkout form on his computer when he went to checkout! He wasn't sure what that was about but changed it to his own information. But, the first customers billing info still came through.
Doesn't do it every time. Problem is intermittent.
I have had programmers look at this and no one has been able to find out what the problem is. Desperate for some help on this as we are getting a bad rap out there from Google reviews. I have now turned GC off.
