Easy Populate Help Needed

I have installed EP V1.2.5.4 on my Zencart V1.3.8a and I am getting a error when I try to upload a file.

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/a7387200/public_html/catalog/temp/Full-EP2005Aug31-0404.txt) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/a7387200/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/easypopulate_functions.php on line 57

I tried different permissions for the easypopulate_functions.php and I always get the same error.

Any Ideas?

I think you need to change the permissions on the temp file to 777, that is why you are getting the error.
