Hide State/County box when not applicable

Hi everyone,

I have input zone for many country, so most of the time, the state/county box is not required. Is there a way to hide the state text box when is disabled.

I just find an alternative solution. There is a very very complete zone sql file available from free addon. Beleive me, there isn't many country you need to input a zone. You just have to select them. Makes it very professional.
