Manual Printing of invoice

Just curious if there is a way to manually create an invoice in zencart ? for example, i am running my online store. But also sell my products elsewhere, so when somebody purchase's my items from a place other then my store, i would like to use my zencart to create an invoice, so i can keep all my stock up to date. Just wondering if this is possible at all ?

Ive created an account for an ebay customer and when I was going thru checkout, I was stumped at what payment method to use because I cant pay myself using my paypal account.

You need to enter their information to be able to be paid from them

But they've already paid with paypal via ebay. Sorry if I sound a bit thick, I'm still learning.
