shipping estimate not pop up

on my shopping cart page,

when i click the button "shipping estimate", nothing happen, no pop up page, no page opened.

and the "help" button on the upper right corner eighter.

is there anything i miss?

This problem does not occur on a successfully installed STANDARD zc site...

Which means:-

1. Your install was not successful - files were corrupted/missing when you uploaded.
2. You have made edits to core files that now contain errors.

If you are using a CUSTOM template, switch back to "classic" and see if the problem still happens. If it does NOT happen, then the fault probably lies with your customized files. If it DOES happen, then the CORE php files that control these features are either missing or corrupted.

It could be a database problem (but this is unlikely), where the data that "switches" the function is missing or corrupted. BACKUP your database, then run some repair tools.
