Quick Look With Ad To Cart

Trying to find out how difficult it would be and if any one has done this. I have a client who would like to have a feature similar to Gap or Old Navy where you are on the category page and click on "Quick Look" which will bring up a pop up with ALL the product details and even options and add to cart...essentially allowing them to completely order from the category page without clicking through to the product.

I am guessing it is Ajax that would do this....can anyone offer any insight into just how difficult this would be to do with Zen or where I can begin to look for code that may help me achieve this....

I have not seern this feature on a ZenCart - But looks like it might have appeal for many if it were available

Thanks Kobra! I am going to look into working with someone to see if we can create a mod.....I think its a great feature that can potentially create higher conversion rates! Keeping fingers crossed it wont be too horrendous to do!
